Anxiety Attacks – A terrifying experience, Know about it

An anxiety attack can be a terrifying experience and its symptoms may be confusing. Sometimes people may not know why their body is reacting in unusual manner. Typical symptoms of Anxiety attacks are Palpitations, Pounding heart, increased heart beat, sweating, shortness of breath, sensation of choking, stomach cramps, faintness, De-realization, De-personalization, chills or hot flashes.  A person suffering from panic attacks may experience one or more of these symptoms.  

Usually an anxiety attack begins with an unusual bodily sensation from the list above.
